This Privacy Policy explains how Singularealty Pty Ltd, trading as Real Estate AIM, collects, uses, stores and handles personal information submitted through the Real Estate AIM website and early-access form.

For the purpose of this policy, "Real Estate AIM", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Singularealty Pty Ltd and the Real Estate AIM product.

1. Our approach to privacy

Real Estate AIM is currently an early-access product. The website is designed to collect expressions of interest from agents, property professionals, agencies, partners and other people who would like to receive updates about Real Estate AIM.

We aim to handle personal information in a clear, practical and responsible way, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) where they apply, and as a matter of good practice where they do not.

When you submit the early-access form, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including:

  • your state, region or location
  • the Real Estate AIM tool or feature you are most interested in
  • your mobile number, if provided
  • your agency or business name, if provided
  • your LinkedIn profile, if provided
  • information about your current workflow, needs or pain points
  • your consent to receive early-access and product updates

We may also collect limited technical information connected with your form submission or website visit, such as IP address, browser information, device information, referring page, date and time of submission, and basic website or security logs.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information through the early-access form. Please do not submit health information, financial account details, government identifiers, passwords or other sensitive personal information through the form.

3. How we collect personal information

We collect personal information when you:

  • submit the early-access form
  • contact us by email or another method
  • interact with the Real Estate AIM website
  • provide feedback or ask to be involved in product testing
  • communicate with us about Real Estate AIM

The early-access form is currently processed through a third-party form provider, Web3Forms. Website hosting and related infrastructure may also be provided by third-party service providers.

4. Why we collect personal information

We collect personal information for the following purposes:

  • to add you to the Real Estate AIM early-access list
  • to send you updates about Real Estate AIM, including product launch information
  • to understand which tools, features or workflows are of most interest to users
  • to contact you about early testing, feedback or product research opportunities
  • to improve the website, product positioning and product development roadmap
  • to manage enquiries, support requests and communications
  • to maintain website security and operational reliability
  • to comply with legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests

We will not sell your personal information.

5. Email updates and marketing communications

If you submit the early-access form and consent to receive updates, we may send you email communications about Real Estate AIM, including early-access updates, product progress, launch information, invitations to provide feedback and related product news.

You can unsubscribe from marketing or product update emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the email, or by contacting us directly.

We will aim to ensure that commercial electronic messages identify the sender and include a practical way to unsubscribe.

6. How we use and disclose personal information

We use personal information for the purposes described in this policy.

  • service providers who help us operate the website, forms, email systems, hosting, analytics, customer communications or product infrastructure
  • professional advisers, including legal, accounting or technical advisers
  • contractors or team members assisting with Real Estate AIM product development or early-access management

We only provide service providers with the information reasonably needed for them to perform their role.

Some of the services we use to operate the website, process forms, host data, send emails or support product development may store or process information outside Australia.

Where we use overseas service providers, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and to limit the information disclosed to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

These steps may include using reputable service providers, access controls, secure hosting, encrypted connections where available, operational security practices and limiting access to personal information to people who need it for the purposes described in this policy.

We keep personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including managing the early-access list, product updates, product development, records, legal obligations and business administration.

If you ask to be removed from the early-access list, we will take reasonable steps to remove you from active marketing communications. We may still retain limited records where reasonably required for legal, administrative, security or compliance purposes.
